Setting and Resetting Password for the Users is a job of a Salesforce Admin. Here i will share, how to change the Password using Workbench . 1) Go to Workbench ( https://workbench.developerforce.com ). It will ask you to login with salesforce credentials. 2) Once you have logged in , you will be redirected to the workbench home page. 3) Goto Utilities - Password Management to set and reset the password. 4) There you will find the Set and Reset features. 5) To set the password click Set. Enter the User id which is the 15 digit ID of the User.(you can get the user id from URL) and the password for the User. 6) Once you clicked Change password the password for the user will be changed. 7) To reset the Password click reset.
